Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you" or "your") and dg186 ("dg186", "we", "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the dg186 website, mobile-optimised interface and all related services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer products and promotions (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Eligibility

Providing a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited. dg186 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and, where applicable, confiscate the balance if fraudulent intent is identified.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be operated by the registered Account holder only. Sharing login credentials with another person, operating an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to manage your Account is a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using dg186 is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an Account. dg186 does not warrant that its services comply with the laws of any particular territory. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your location.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as shown on your Malaysian MyKad or passport, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in your name and a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. dg186 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Contact dg186 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

dg186 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your login details.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dg186 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, where risk indicators exist, before continuing to accept deposits. The KYC process requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport) and may include proof of payment method or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is finalised.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting dg186 customer support. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules before closure is finalised. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to a verified payment method in your name following confirmation of KYC completion.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

dg186 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to make deposits convenient for Players across the country. Supported methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) and direct online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT may also be available. Available methods and their respective limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The standard minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. dg186 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

5.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or shared payment instruments are not permitted. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be held pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion required for cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits will be applied at a rate determined by dg186 at the time of processing. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the Player.

Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, a Player must satisfy all of the following:

• Have completed KYC identity verification;
• Have met all wagering requirements attached to any active or recently credited bonus;
• Have a real-money balance equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount;
• Have an Account in good standing, free of fraud indicators or security flags.

6.2 Processing Times

dg186 targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players. These are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day including public holidays;
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers: typically 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours;
• Direct bank wire: typically 15 to 60 minutes; longer periods may apply during peak times or scheduled maintenance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request. The maximum per single transaction is RM 30,000. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on Account tier and are displayed in the Account dashboard.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. dg186 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal and to direct funds to a verified bank account or payment method of its choosing where it determines this is appropriate for compliance or security reasons.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on dg186, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and loyalty rewards, are subject to these general Terms and any specific conditions published alongside the relevant offer. Where a conflict exists, the specific offer terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Wagering requirements range from ×10 to ×20 of the bonus amount depending on the promotion. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward the rollover.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as baccarat, blackjack and roulette typically contribute 10% to 20%. Live dealer games and specific high-RTP titles may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the bonus terms of the specific offer for applicable contribution rates.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM 500. Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active is a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been claimed or for which the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stipulated validity window — typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit — will be automatically forfeited. The applicable validity period is stated on each promotion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dg186 and may result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one Account (whether individually or in collusion with others);
• Using another person's Account, identity or payment details without their explicit written consent;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors, or any form of cheating;
• Exploiting software errors, technical malfunctions or pricing mistakes — any winnings derived from a manifest error may be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using dg186 for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing dg186 staff or other customers in any communication channel.

dg186 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Accounts identified as being associated with unlawful activity will be suspended and referred to the appropriate regulatory or enforcement bodies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dg186 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the underlying code, is the property of dg186 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the express written consent of dg186.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The dg186 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. dg186 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or that defects will be corrected.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg186 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.3 Network and Device Issues

dg186 is not responsible for delays, interruptions or errors caused by internet connectivity issues, power failures, device malfunctions or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Wagers that are interrupted due to connectivity issues will be settled according to the server records held by dg186, which shall be deemed definitive in any dispute.

Responsible Gambling

dg186 is committed to promoting responsible participation. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their deposits and to make use of cooling-off periods or self-exclusion tools if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or affordable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dg186 operates its gaming licence, as updated from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between you and dg186, you should first contact the dg186 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. dg186 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent adjudicator or arbitration process as determined by dg186's licensing authority.

Where dg186's records conflict with those of a Player, the Platform's server records shall be treated as definitive evidence of the outcome of any Transaction or wager.
